Limited Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Potala Dog Treats. We’re committed to making premium products and delivering a great customer experience. To support that commitment, we offer a limited, lifetime-of-the-product warranty. This Limited Warranty Policy (the “Policy”) explains the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for Potala Dog Treats products lasts for the lifetime of the product (the “Warranty Period”). If you experience a problem during the Warranty Period, please contact our Customer Support team. The Warranty Period does not restart or extend if we repair or replace a product.

Who Is Covered

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from this website. It does not apply to any later or different owner of the product.

In places where laws do not allow limits on transferability, warranty rights may transfer to the lawful owner.

If you purchased through Amazon: please contact Amazon Customer Service and follow Amazon’s warranty/return process.

If you purchased through another retailer or channel: please follow that seller’s required claim steps.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions that occur during the Warranty Period, including defects in materials, workmanship, or functional issues that prevent normal use.

At our option, we may repair, replace, or refund the product. If an issue continues after a replacement, please contact our Customer Support team and we will review the situation case-by-case to determine the best solution.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover:

i. Damage from misuse, improper handling, neglect, failure to follow product instructions, or lack of routine care (if applicable).

ii. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.

iii. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues such as scuffs, scratches, or dents.

iv. Damage caused by accidents, fire, water, or other external events beyond our control.

v. Excessive chewing, biting, cutting, or intentional damage (including damage caused by pets to packaging or non-chew items).

How to File a Claim (Claim Process)

If you believe your product qualifies under this warranty, please:

i) Email our Customer Support team at: potaladogtreats@gmail.com

ii) Include proof of purchase (order number, date of purchase, and where it was purchased) and a clear photo or video showing the issue. If you can’t find proof of purchase, send a clear photo of the item and any helpful purchase details.

iii) Describe the issue clearly, including what happened, when it started, and any relevant details.

Our team may walk you through basic troubleshooting and may request additional info. If the issue can’t be resolved, we’ll provide next steps for the warranty claim (if applicable).

How We Resolve Claims (Resolution)

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement: If (i) you are within the Warranty Period, (ii) the issue is covered under this warranty, and (iii) the product can’t be reasonably fixed through troubleshooting, we may replace it with an item of equal or comparable value.
  • Refund: In rare cases where replacement isn’t possible, we may (at our discretion) offer a refund of the original purchase price.

Limitations

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS POLICY, POTALA DOG TREATS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD ABOVE.

Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POTALA DOG TREATS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

Governing Law

For purchases made in the United States, this Policy and any dispute arising from it will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any part of this Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed or adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Policy will remain in effect.

Nothing here limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your state or country of residence.
